INTERNATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE-LIGHTSHIP WEEKEND

The Third Weekend in August

   The Lancaster Amateur Radio Club will be operating International Lighthouse-Lightship Weekend from the Dunkirk Historical Lighthouse and Veteran's Museum.

The AMATEUR RADIO LIGHTHOUSE SOCIETY, which is devoted exclusively to Maritime & Ham Radio, Lightships, and Lighthouses sponsors this event. 

Thousands of ham radio contacts will be made during this special weekend event. Thousands of short-wave listeners will also be tuning in.

 In celebration of this week end event 

THE INAUGURAL LIGHTHOUSE FESTIVAL 

SATURDAY FROM 10 AM TO 9PM, AND SUNDAY FROM 10 AM TO 5PM.

LIGHTHOUSE TOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL WEEKEND

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

THERE WILL BE LIVE MUSIC 

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY DISASTER COORDINATOR MIKE VENDETTE,

WALTER SCOTT (INDIAN CRAFTS AND DISPLAY).

THERE WILL ALSO BE A DISPLAY OF THE USS SPHINX-ARR 24.
